My name is Tracey Dobson of Jukes and Dobson Funeral Services, I want to assure you that we are an independent, family run company. We are a part of Jukes Funeral Services in Lichfield. Having grown up in Tamworth (Glascote) and having vast experience in the Funeral Service Industry, my promise is to provide a service that your loved one would have been proud of, tailored to your every request. Being part of Jukes Funeral Services means that we have further family members that have served the Funeral Industry for many years. Sophie Jukes the Managing Director, has gained qualifications in both the National Association of Funeral Director and the British Institute of Funeral Directors and has held positions within Independent and large group companies at various levels and has vast experience in arranging funerals. Sophie has family members that have over 35 years experience in the industry. At Jukes and Dobson Funeral Services we are approachable, traditional, open minded and most of all professional. Our other staff member Ryan Dobson, is a Tamworth Local and also family. All our staff live and have grown up in Tamworth and are familiar with all aspects of arranging a funeral locally. We pride ourselves on being a local team with local knowledge and as your local funeral directors, it will be a privilege to help and advise you through one of the most difficult times in your life. We believe that you and your loved one are the most important part of our jobs.

The funeral director can give you a full list of what they can supply. They are likely to charge for these additional products and services, so you may choose to take care of some arrangements without their involvement, or you can use a different supplier.

1. This fee (which is sometimes called the interment fee) is the charge made for digging and closing a new grave, or for reopening and closing an existing grave.

2. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, you will usually need to pay doctors’ fees as well. This is the charge for two doctors to sign the Medical Certificates for Cremation.
