We’re very excited to announce that Dr Liz O’Riordan has joined The Farewell Guide as an ambassador.
Liz is a former breast cancer surgeon who later became a patient herself. Since then, she has used her experience to speak openly and honestly about living with illness, facing death, and the importance of talking about these difficult topics. Her straightforward and compassionate approach has helped many people feel less alone and more prepared.
At The Farewell Guide, our mission is to make end-of-life planning easier, more transparent, and more human. Liz’s work aligns perfectly with this goal. We both believe that honest conversations and clear information can make a huge difference when people are facing the end of life.
We’re really looking forward to working with Liz and collaborating on projects that will help more people understand their options and feel supported during this time. Together, we hope to make saying goodbye a little less frightening and a lot more meaningful.
